New Years Resolution Apps

New year, new you! At least that’s what you tell yourself, before you turn around and give up. Here are some Apps that will push you to achieve some of the most broken resolutions:

Eat Healthier – This is the most famous resolution that is easily given up on after only a month. Every health journal will tell you that in order to be healthier and lose weight, you need to eat better; more veggies, less processed foods, etc. While having an eating plan is for another article altogether, you can use MyPlate to track your food. It’s customizable in terms of when you eat and even tracks your weight and helps you set up realistic goals.

Quit Smoking  – Quitting an addiction is hard but manageable. While the support of family and friends and having a reason to quit is important, you may still need a little help. That’s where MyQuit Coach can help; with this app you can type in a realistic goal that you can work towards while tracking your progress along the way. Seeing your improvement in your hand is very helpful, since it will motivate you to keep going.

Get Fit – Lifting weights is great, but not for everyone. With Touchfit: GSP, you will get a full set of workouts that are especially made for you. All you need is your own body weight, but don’t be fooled, these exercises are even harder than lifting weights and will help you have overall better strength and boost your metabolism.

The app has videos to help you along the way, so you’re never working out alone.
