American Christmas Features Santa’s Village and New York’s Most Iconic Holiday Exhibits

Mount Vernon
Christmas in America is synonymous with the spectacular Christmas decorations on display throughout New York City, including Rockefeller Center, Macy’s, the Cartier Building, and Radio City Musical Hall.
American Christmas, the company that decorates those iconic buildings and many more, will open the doors of its warehouse at 30 Warren Place in Mt. Vernon to the public for the first time beginning in November. One hundred percent of ticket sales will be donated to support three area nonprofits: The Mount Vernon Boys & Girls Club, North East STEM Academy, and the Youth Community Outreach Program of Mt. Vernon.

Visitors to The Christmas Experience will enjoy an impressive walk through Santa’s Village with larger-than-life exhibits, several interactive Dickens vignettes where families can take Christmas photos, and 50 fascinating animatronics, and will have the opportunity to view a section of the warehouse, where they are created and assembled by American Christmas elves.”
The tour culminates with a stop at the charming Christmas store featuring some of the most unique ornaments and decorations found anywhere in the region. Children will be able to visit Santa in the Village on specific days that will be posted on the American Christmas website.
For those who love ‘Christmas Past’, there will also be a pop-up Outlet where unique vintage decorations will be available to buy, including pieces used on TV shows and in major department stores in recent years. It will be open from November 1 to December 22, with new items every day.
