Nataly Pugio is from Ecuador, from the Santa Isabel Canton. He came to this country after a long and unpleasant trek through the Arizona desert, “I thought about staying three years,” says Nataly. But I fell in love with this country and I dedicated myself to achieving my dreams. I started working in an Ecuadorian hairdresser in Sleepy Hollow for three years, I changed my hairdresser looking for new growth challenges, excited, along the way I met colleagues who told me that “everything was impossible.”
And it was not so…. I started studying in New York City, cosmetology, barbering, treatment and nail care.
I finally got my license, a challenge overcome, but I went for more and got my Aesthetics License. I did not want to stop achieving my dreams and I studied for my Cosmetology Teacher’s License, I knew then that I was closer to achieving what was mine, today that I have it, I know that “everything is possible”. Everything is achieved with effort, dedication, perseverance, confidence and self-confidence, without losing focus, pursuing your dreams without fear.
I currently have a family, my husband, children who are my greatest blessing.

Today, I am one more businesswoman and grateful to this country of opportunities that has given me everything.
I love what I do, beauty scissors are my life, and my passion is to see my clients leaving Luxury Beauty Lounge grateful and happy. We are specialists in beauty and customer service.
